quick to come and do job............................................................

I have to take my hat off to Pat who persevered against all odds with what I asked him to do which should have been straightforward! I had had 3 other plumbers to try and do this job without any success. He methodically and painstakingly went through the whole installation and identified the problem and although he had to come back as I needed to get a part virtually had to start from scratch - and more. He is a gem that is very hard to find these days - one who will not give in until he has done the job! He promised he'd do it - and he did! And I can only take my hat off to him and recommend him to all and sundry. If we ever have any further plumbing problems we will only be making one call! And I suggest you do the same.

- Reliable = kept me updated via SMS - Good time keeping = did not have to chase him - Flexible = had to comeback twice as my gate valves were letting by when closed so I had to have them replaced - Caring = he removed his shoes in my home
