Highly recommend James! We moved into a house with fairly old uPVC windows of which some were misted (condensation between the panes of glass) and did not open and close well. He did an excellent job of replacing the glass in our failed upvc windows and fixing any of the mechanisms/seals required to help the windows open and close without issues. He provided excellent communication, turned up when he said he would, was very pleasant and polite, tidied up after his work, and is clearly very experienced and knowledgeable in his trade. We were worried we would have to completely replace windows and appreciate that James told us the issues with the windows could be fixed easily. He even provided us with advice/tips on how to prolong the life of our windows. We'd definitely call him again if any of the other windows fail/need repairing.
