Spencer did a great job, fixing the problem I had. He turned up when he said he would, worked hard and well, cleaned up very well, communicated well about his work. I couldn't have asked for more. I would recommend him.

Punctual, honesty and quick to reply. There is no doubt that he has got so many good reviews. Some of the tradesman don’t even bother to call or reply you back even though you shortlisted them but this guy is amazing.No matter whether the job is too small or too big, Spencer will be there whenever you call him. The main thing I like about him he knows the value of the customer and time keeping is the best. I don’t want to judge anyone but in my personal opinion I want atleast every tradesperson to reply or let the customer know that if they can make it or not once they are shortlisted or be on time. Otherwise don’t even bother to show interest if they don’t like the jobs. But this guy is truly amazing and won’t gonna let you down if you hire him. Good job mate.

Spencer kept in touch with us throughout which was great and when he and his team arrived they worked very quickly and cleaned up everything when they had finished. They did a great job on our roof. Our only slight issue was with the guys who came to put up the scaffolding as it was much more extensive than we expected and required access to our neighbours side path and they have damaged an outside lamp which we will discuss with them when they come back to take the scaffolding away. Would thoroughly recommend Spencer and Prisitne roofing. Many thanks.

Spencer and his team came over to clean down our roof and gutters today, worked hard and all completed to our total satisfaction. Whilst on the roof, Spencer identified some areas where our ridge tiles were loose (also identified on the survey when we bought the house a few months ago). Spencer was happy to do the work whilst here, and we were more than happy to go ahead after being shown the issue and given a good explanation. We will be using Spencer again in future.

Unfortunately I had an extension over the last few years. The roofer used was terrible. They didn’t even bother overlapping the felt from the new roof and existing roof. Damp was getting in effecting my house and soaking the brick work at the front of the property. Spencer had to come and not only felt and Barton my roof but fix the work not done properly before hand. He arranged the scaffolding at a great price. I am very happy with the work. Spencer even came back a few days later after the job was done to double check the work, make sure the site was clean and I was happy.

In a word FANTASTIC! The team were great and Spencer's after care is brilliant. Spencer has restored my faith in roofers. When my flat roof(s) need doing I won't hesitate calling Spencer to do the work. Thank you guys, and I hope business goes from strength to strength.
