Spencer came out quickly to take a look at the issue and provide a quotation. He clearly explained what appeared to be the root-cause of the issue and set out the steps he and his team would take to resolve this. Detailed written quotations and invoices were also provided. Spencer and team found time to complete the work right away and provided close-up photos of the issues on the roof, which we couldn't see in detail from the ground. As well as fixing the identified problems, they checked the roof for other potential issues while they were up there, sent photographs and asked whether we'd like these fixed also (for a small additional cost). The work was completed quickly and we felt well informed throughout the process.

Spencer came quickly with one of his colleagues, fixed the roof on the spot and it has not leaked since. He was very courteous, with a good electronic invoicing setup.
