Spencer was happy for me to watch and gave me verbal and photographic feedback on the job so I know that it was completed satisfactorily. He was friendly and efficient.

Very helpful and professional

I have an awkward roof 3 storeys high with difficult access. Spencer, sensibly made the decision not to work on the roof when it was cold and windy as it could have damaged my roof and instead we decided that he would return when I'd had scaffolding erected for other work. On completing the work at a later date Spencer repaired the slate, and others that had since slipped, for the price originally quoted. Spencer photographed the work before and after so that I could see the results.

Fantastic, quick, efficient and honest service. I even climbed the ladder to let him show me and explain what he'd done. Good guaranteed work. Would definitely recommend him to anyone and would use Spence again.

Spencer arrived quickly after been shortlisted for the job and provided a competitive quote. I have used Pristine Roofing to re-tile my roof ridge that was damaged in the wind storm about 6 months before. They had brought my roof back to safety and it has so far sustained all the strong winds afterwards. I'm very happy with their job. Their initial response was prompt following my job posting, their quote was very reasonable , and I now see it as with good value. They have also done everything necessary for my insurance claim. The manager/owner, Mr Spencer, is a friendly guy with good experience on the job, and can move his men around efficiently for parts of the job and have everything done smoothly. I highly recommend them for the similar job.

Spencer arrived on time, gave a competitive quote , we accepted his quote that evening, spencer arrived the folliwing morning started and finished the job within hour and a half, very good job done.would have spencer back to do any other work and will recommend his company to anyone else.
