Spencer was awesome! He came to quote on Saturday and did the works today (Tuesday). Sterling job! Left him to crack on while I was at work and came back to new gutters and mended the apex! I will 100% be using him again and would recommend him to everyone!

Job carried out well. No leaks since. Spencer is a decent guy, however needs to be careful with his quotations and the final costs.

Great service from beginning to end

Spencer came around the very next day after my call and re felted my shed roof for £200 with a 10 year gaurantee which i thought was very good value. Also fixed my gutter which was leaking and did not charge me. I would highly recommend Spencer.

Spencer came to quote this evening and decided to fix the problem there and then. He inspected the remaining soffits and said they didn't need replacement as the wood was still sound. He showed a great attitude and didn't charge - I'd thoroughly recommend him to you.

We have been very impressed with Spencer. Once we had shortlisted him, he came round quickly to see the job and then sent his quote (which was very clear) promptly. Once we selected him for the work, he confirmed when he would be on site and turned up exactly as promised with a good number of guys and has now completed the work comfortably within the timescale he originally said. We are very impressed with his professional and courteous approach and with the work he has carried out and have no hesitation in recommending him.

Spence was able to talk through everything he thought was wrong with the current roof, gave me options for a quick fix or a full replacement and was able to start the next day. The team managed to do the job within the day and left the house exactly as they had found it, clean and tidy. Great job, would definitely recommend and will be using again should I need any roofing work done.

A very friendly, polite and professional approach to the job. Checked the whole roof over at the same time as quoting me for the work I had asked about (bay window roof and a chimney) and happily spent time discussing the various options. Work completed quickly, at a very competitive price and everything was cleared away like they'd never been there. Would definitely recommend Pristine Roofing.
