Absolutely great job completed by Lucas and team. They repointed my 1840s terraced cottage in Sleaford. Proper lime mortar. Very please with it. It stands out now from the rest. My whole experience from start to finish with Lucas has been a painless overwhelming experience. Had a few quotes as you do when getting building work completed. From the start I could tell Lucas was experienced in pointed he knew exactly what he was talking about. He was positive and talked me through the whole job. Giving me confidence from the start. I'd already read some reviews on Lucas and Pride Pointing hence why he was shortlisted. I knew he was the one to do it especially when I spoke with other builders, they just didn't have the passion Lucas did, they didn't talk about cutting depth the motor mix or how they would do it or anything like Lucas did. Lucas and team turned up when they said.Just cracked on even when weather was wet windy and hailing. I had some old repair work render made to look like bricks on the cottage which was causing some damp. Lucas took it all off and repaired it.. so now it looks 100 times better than it did. I was at work a few days when they came again they just cracked on. They cleaned up as they went which was good too because I'd under estimated the amount of mess there would be. They took it all away as well. I'm so please I chose Pride Pointing to do the job. I'd recommend them to everyone without fail. Good price too. Thanks Darren and Kim Sleaford.

I needed the gable end of an old terraced house repointed as it was to the point where we could see daylight in the loft space and the old lintel above our bedroom would move when pressed. I ended up getting 3 quotes from different tradesmen and speaking to all of them on the phone. Although Lucas quote wasn't the cheapest I found after speaking to all 3 tradesman that Lucas was far more professional, clearly knew what he was talking about and made sure that the morta mix was right for the property (including the colour). He sent us a proper quote specifying exactly what would be completed in his works. This again reassured us. During the work Lucas spotted a few other issues with the brickwork and did them for free. After the works had been completed Lucas was keen for us to check we were happy with the work. He did a fantastic job. Very clean tidy and professional. We are glad we asked Lucas to complete the work and I would hire him again for a other pointing job.

Pride Pointing repaired a wide crack in my boundary wall and cleaned the black mould. Over the last few years, several professionals have not been able to identify the cause of the expanding crack in the boundary wall. Pride Pointing was able to assess and identify the issue and took the time to explain the resolution. This gave me every confidence that they understood and could resolve the problem. The price quoted was reasonable and Lucas kept me informed at each stage of the repair process. The work was completed efficiently and with precision. I was more than happy with the outcome as were my neighbours. I would definitely use Pride Pointing again.

Lucas did good work removing the cement mortar which had damaged the bricks and caused leaks. He brought a sample of mortar with him and did a test area when he came to view the job, which was a good idea. He gave me a specific date to commence work and arrived as promised and came back to clean up the site. After completion the work was properly invoiced. Hope to get him back soon to do more work on the rest of the property. Thank you Lucas.

From the moment I met Lucas I knew I was in safe hands and so were the walls of my precious, old barn. Lucas is extremely knowledgable and works to a very high standard using appropriate materials and technique for the job. The workmanship is outstanding and my barn has been transformed to its original beauty......I am delighted! I would have Lucas and his colleague, Chris, back to do future work on a heart beat and very highly recommend.
