Roy' has been a pleasure to do business with. He has always turned up on time, answered calls and texts and is very focused and hard working. Despite an unforeseen delay which was out of our control and meant the project went on for much longer than anticipated, Roy did everything he could to help move things along and is always positive and upbeat. Would not hesitate to recommend Roy and will definitely be hiring him for any future work.

Fantastic work from Roy! He completely removed a brick chimney down through the house and it's large chimney breast from the kitchen for us. The job was completed quicker than expected and mess kept to a minimum. Excellent standard of work. Roy is very hardworking, reliable and trustworthy.

Good quick work completed

Roy was friendly, informative and helpful whilst retaining a business-like approach. The standard of his work is excellent; cleaned up as he went along and left the site clean and tidy too. One criticism: from observation we felt the work could and should have been completed in less time than it took; overestimating the time for a job obviously has an effect on the pricing. Despite this criticism would have no hesitation in recommending Roy to others.

Roy was efficient and supportive. He has done everything very quickly, with minimum involvement from our side. He is a real self-starter. Some additional work was identified and completed as well (extension roof). Unfortunately, there was a misunderstanding about the scope of works. A part of the job (drainage from the conservatory) was expected by me, but not assumed by Roy and not included into the quote. Nevertheless, Roy quickly figured out a simple solution and fitted it during the weekend. I can definitely recommend Roy. If you need an efficient solution quickly, ask Roy. I can only regret that other works around the house are not in Roy's trade.

Very pleased with Roy's work. He tiled our large conservatory in under a week (and finished early!). He was very quick and professional and very reasonably priced. Couldn't be happier! I'd highly recommend Premier Roofing & Building.

Came when he said he would and fixed our roof for the price quoted (which I thought was reasonable). Almost a year on the roof is still sound. Nice chap too.
