Came round, he gave a quote on the spot, explaining what needed doing. Was able to do the job the next day. Which he did without fuss or bother, also declining a cup of tea, as he got on with it. Am satisfied with the job done. The price with a 10 year guarantee was very reasonable. I can recommend Roy without hesitation.

Started well, then stopped answering my calls. left several messages. After several weeks of delays I needed to get another builder into finish the job at added expense. A straight forward phone call to say he couldn't come back would have been fine, and saved me a lot of time/money. Not answering the phone, and seeing he was still taking work on 'my builder', is not cool.

Roy turned up to quote when he said he would,the quote was clear how he would carry out the work and we accepted his quote.He arrived on time to do the job which he completed in a first class manner.I would definitely recommend him.

Came next day to view the job (Saturday).Gave details of the problem and gave assurance that the job could wait until the following Thursday coupled with a very reasonable quote for the work required. Arrived Thursday morning on time and carried out the repairs in quick time to a spot on finish with no mess what so ever. Rained the other day with zero leaks. Top guy, very knowledgable and nothing but the job done. Will and am using again. Thanks for a job very well done.

Roy is a genuinely pleasant and hardworking man who carried out all of the work we needed doing in a timely manner and to a fantastically high standard. He charged a very reasonable rate and did everything, exactly as he quoted. He tidied up and took away all the rubbish. I would recommend him to anyone and everyone.
