Work done on the day stated. Turned up & informed/telephoned me beforehand he was on his way, which was appreciated. Investigated & Identified the problem by going up a tall ladder & bringing down the faulty piece. Explanation of what had gone wrong/or was wrong and explained why the leak had restarted at the swan neck guttering. Drove approximately 3 miles to buy the necessary new piece of the right sized 'piping' /ring, to replace the wrong sized one. Polite and efficient.
