Great job completed quickly as discussed. Pat secured structural engineer for us and was very helpful. Would recommend and use Pat again for future jobs. Very competitive price too.

Over the moon with our new kitchen! Pat and his team knocked down a partitioning wall between our dining room and kitchen. They then plastered the walls and ceilings, fitted a new kitchen and laid the new herringbone flooring. Everyone was punctual, well-mannered and all work was to a high standard. Would definitely recommend.

A big thank you to Pat and the MSL team for all their hard work to convert our garage into a utility and playroom. From the first meeting and quote, through to completion, MSL were helpful and responsive listening to our requirements and going the extra mile to make sure we were completely satisfied. They co-ordinated each phase of the project effectively and after some initial delays from building control were sorted, they were able to carry out all the work to schedule. We’d certainly happy to recommend MSL and have given their details to friends and neighbours!

We hired Pat to install a new kitchen, with associated remodelling works in the kitchen space and a reconditioned downstairs loo. Pat and the team were excellent. They worked diligently everyday and kept the house as clean and tidy as could be expected for a project requiring the amount of demo as we had. Each tradesman working for Pat showed great professionalism, were always courteous and happy to accommodate slight changes on the fly as the project progressed. The outcome is better than we could have expected and has left us with a superb new kitchen that is a job to cook in. We would have no hesitation in hiring Pat and the team again in the future and would recommend them to our friends.

Really positive experience, work done to a good standard and on time

We hired Mcgeough & Sons Ltd for a garage conversion, porch and to install a brand new kitchen from Wren. Pat gave us a quick start date and and very reasonable quote for the whole job. Everyone of Pat’s team were so friendly, on time every day and couldn’t do enough for you. We are so happy with the work they have carried out and will definitely be hiring again for any future work we want completing. Highly recommend to anyone looking for builders who are reliable and carry out work to a high standard.

Pat was quick to quote and provide a start date and I chose to hire him for my refurbishment based on previous reviews. His tradesmen were friendly and loyal to his business. There were some unforeseen delays which required re-engineering and additional building control visits that Pat was happy to facilitate. There were several times that I was left waiting for no-shows on trades or Pat himself. I would have expected to be communicated to and my time is respected. My ‘Snagging’ was conducted in February and there are still several issues outstanding that Pat has failed to complete to a satisfactory standard. These have included a running toilet, reimbursement for a shattered door and sticky door handles (initially flagged by building control as a safety concern).
