Miroslav was extremely responsive in our initial communications about the job. Did a great job fitting a replacement stop tap for our property. Was extremely polite and knowledgeable, and tidied up after completion. Plumbisimo kept in contact from start to finish with written quotation, appointment confirmation, engineer en route, and job completion notes. Excellent service would definately recommend.
