From the outset, Andalc was very clear when he would arrive - texting ahead - and very consideration and polite. He explained each part of the work, checked to make sure it had been completed well, and was tidy. The work was completed to a high standard and a personal guarantee was given that if the problem wasn’t fixed he would be back at non extra charge. A pleasure to talk to and to have working in my home.

Great service. I had bought the wrong size taps for installation but he fixed the faulty tap instead and is going to replace the cartridge so I never needed new taps after all

Andac was a very professional and personable tradesman. The job was not as easy as it could be but he overcame the difficulties!! He left the place clean and tidy and I would highly recommend him. The job was to fit a new toilet and cistern in place of another cracked one. The toilet did not come with all the fittings but he persevered and I am very happy 😊
