Came out to quote the same day as the job was posted and the guys were here at 10am the following day ready to start work. Quick, efficient, polite, well organised and very tidy. Considering the notice they came out at, the price was extremely reasonable and very clear up front. The plumber from the new build warranty team has visited us 3 times but failed to resolve the issue. Igkli came to help with another colleague with a short notice and effectively identified the root cause of the problem and fix in the following couple of hours.
