We invited this individual to provide a quotation for a water supply relocation job after he agreed to attend on a free of charge quotation basis. Upon arrival, he unexpectedly demanded a call-out fee. Before any meaningful discussion regarding payment could take place, he became extremely aggressive and made comments that we perceived as threatening and intimidating. We were also concerned that he did not return keys obtained from the letting agency following the visit. Based on our experience, we would strongly advise others to exercise caution and ensure all terms are agreed in writing before engaging with him. We understand he may also operate under different business details and has used the number +44 7518 406195. This was one of the most unpleasant experiences we have had with a contractor and we would not use his services again. *Edit* please read the screenshots provided by this contractor, you can see I was always professional and the man sent me death threats at the end

Fantastic - Yousef is polite and friendly, reliable and a skilled and professional worker. He let me know when he was coming, his quote was very reasonable for the three jobs, he tried to fix the part before fitting a new one to avoid waste, and he explained exactly what he would do before he did it. There was no extra charge for parts he provided. Would def recommend to all. Great work - thanks.

Genuine guys- sorted my problem and was really quick to come with no call out charge, or bank holiday premium. A lot of other personnel tried to finesse me by saying bank holiday rates?
