Where to start ? Promised the job would be done in the two weeks before we moved into our new property. A new bathroom and boiler. Five weeks down the line and we have a very unfinished bathroom with issues on a daily basis. He offered to come back and finish the bathroom,but honestly I didn't want him in our home a moment longer ,as I'm absolutely gutted at the work he has done. The one star is for the suite he supplied. We have been nothing but patient with this young man. We went two weeks without a boiler or shower. When the shower was finally in,there still wasn't a screen. It had been on order for weeks apparently. We've given him chance after chance to get the job done. His inconsistent time keeping has stopped us from moving forward with the renovations. We are devastated and feel utterly let down. He did give us a £650 off the final payment. Not nearly enough to compensate for the state we are left with. I suspect he was also moonlighting between jobs whilst working for us.
