Review left on 12 Jan 2025Rating: 1 out of 5Waterpump(Updated on 16 Jan 2025)To start with Great come out and fitted straight away, wasn’t cheap but thought worth it but broke down and ignored ignored ignored…saying he’s away and can’t even make a phone call… then with any further jobs ignored my messages and has ignored my messages about the pump he’s fitted that is broken not a great service, especially when I tipped him so will have to get someone else to come sort… similar stories in other jobs below after reading. Update on broken pump - have been advised fitted incorrectly and also wrong pump so no wonder he is ignoring calls and pretending to be away for weeks on end! Avoid by all costs!!Answer from tradesperson:
I had moved away from the area that’s why I couldn’t do any further works. Pump however is installed correctly to manufactures instructions with the correct Surrey flange on the cylinder as picture shows. I replied to you as soon as you messaged me about it. At the time I was away on holiday and wasn’t on my phone. Would be more than happy to cover costs if this was true. Thanks, Haydn

He answered all my questions regards job with a depth of knowledge that confirmed the confidence I had in him. He arrived on time, explained the work he had to do (pipe work re-routing, pump fitting/setting up, kitchen tap replacement & water filter installation).
