I found Blessing to be prompt, professional, helpful, patient and good at providing explanations. His quoted price was definitely reasonable given the total time that he spent looking into the hot water problem. Also, he charged no call out fee. I would (and already have!) certainly recommend him. Details of job (5/12/111) are as follows. Blessing promptly accepted the job and contacted me. He spent some time on the phone finding out more information about the issue and mentioning what the possible causes might be. We initially discussed that he might not be able to come round until the next day, but then he said that he would be able to come over that evening 6-7pm. Blessing promptly arrived at 6pm. We discussed the situation some more and then he spent time testing the electricals/immersion heater/water temperature in order to asceratin what the problem was. He spent time explaining what the problem was, how it might have happened and what the (limited) options were for resolving it. We agreed the option and the price for the work. He then quickly carried out the work. He tested the water to make sure that it was heating up and it was. After the job had finished, he also later texted to check that the water was by now hot, which it was.

Really please with his punctuality and he is an extremely friendly guy. Explained what it needed to be done and straight on to it. Great price and excellent job quality. Happy to recommend his services to anyone.

Blessing did a good job installing our shower. He was friendly, professional and reliable. When I had a query about water pressure a day later he was helpful and made a suggestion which resolved the problem. I'd hire him again.

Was delighted with the work, Blessing even returned to finish off some pipe work and testing at a later date which he was unable to carry out on the day of installation due to other building works. He was a pleasure to have on site, explained how the heater worked and was very flexible. Would definitely recommend.
