LKM checked everything that could have caused the problem, found the problem and fixed it quickly. Talked through every step of the way. Couldn't be happier.

Blessing was very polite and courteous and got straight to work. A few difficulties were encountered and the job not quite as straight forward as first thought but Blessing got it all sorted without any problems. Stuck to quoted price so all in all very happy :-)

Very helpful guy came out 3 times in total to help me with my problems but didn't charge any extra! Did a good job and I felt safe with him in my home as a female on my own at the time :-) Many thanks.

Excellent job well done, Superb. Very professional start to finish. I had leak in my bathroom and I have had various plumbers come and try and fix the problem all of them failed and some of them had very expensive ideas of sorting the leak. The leak became worse to a point that I needed someone urgent. I was stuck knowing I have had plumbers before who could not fix the problem. Anyway I thought I should try Mybuilder. LKM responded and arrived on time. He took his time to diagnose the problem and explained exactly what he was doing. He confirmed the price and we agreed. He went straight away to do the job. Although the job was a bit complicated I didn’t hear him complain and try to make the job bigger like others before him. After he had finished he turned back the water and to my amazement the leak had been fixed. I was so pleased and I am truly grateful to him.

I would HIGHLY DISCOURAGE anyone from using LKM for any building or plumbing works. Bad! Bad! Bad! So the job quoted was for regrouting the bottom rows of tiles and resealing the silicone around the shower. My neighbours downstair complained that the leak got worst a week later. So I went to investigate and there were still huge cracks in the grout exactly where we agreed should be replaced and the grout was spread all over the tiles like an amateur builder. I had specifically asked and paid for him to get me a grout for power shower in dark grey and what was applied was light grey. The workmanship for the silicone sealant is crap. I have seen much higher standard of works from other builders. The peculiar thing was that he insisted that payment should be made on the day the work is finished. Now I understand why he's in a hurry to get his money- job not done well! I called Blessing following the report from my neighbour and he suggested to take my whole shower out. No! No! No! So I spoke to other builders and friends who are able to investigate the problem more closely for me and they confirmed that the leak comes from the tiles i.e. crack tiles which has not been fixed by LKM. I want my money back!!!
