Blessing is a blessing! he is reliable, hardworking, personable and knowledgeable. He did the first job well and I gave him a second job on the back of that. I am rating him as excellent for both jobs and will be keeping him in my books. Good people are hard to come by!

Very good service and very informative on the problem

Immersion heater element fitted on hot water cylinder. Every confidence in LKM's tradesman Blessing's competence - he seemed genuinely committed to finding most suitable option for me to restore hot water. Fixed quote kept to, a number of extras were indeed included no additional charge. Very pleased with result. Would recommend.

Blessing gives a tradesmen a really good name. His plumbling knowledge was impressive and extensive. He was punctual, polite, he completed the job quickly and managed to sort out a problem caused by another cowboy plumber! He's also a qualified electrician and will be doing some more work for us next month. It was a pleasure dealing with him and I've already recommended him to one of my friends.

The guy came at short notice and did a fab job and gave us helpful advice on another issue we were having. Would recommend without hesitation. Thanks.

Within 10 minutes of posting the job, JKM was there and looking into the issue. 20 mins later he was gone. Amazing service. Couldn't be happier and now is a number that is kept in my telephone book.

Very professional very happy

The guys were absolutely brilliant. Came on time, were neat, tidy, efficient and polite. They even kindly set my timer for me. I would use them again any time.

CH and HW working but leak in cylinder, cylinder needs replacing. Blessing gave me a very good price just fom emailing him a picture of the boiler. He was friendly, punctual and hard working. When he left the hot water was not working, he said this was because the cylinder thermostat had broken, easy for me to fix. It was very easy to replace but the HW still did not work. Blessing returned and installed a vent and turned round a valve that had been incorretly fitted years ago. He didnt charge any extra for this. The HW still did not work, Blessing told me he could only guess the valve needed replacing as it had become damaged from being in the wrong position for a long time, but suggested I find someone else to do it. So although good price, punctual etc etc we were left with a HW system that didnt work.

Phoned when they said they would, arrived on time, did a very nice job and was polite the whole way through. The plumber that I had was Blessing(good name) and he was excellent.
