Wael came round first thing the next day, inspected, clearly knew what to do, gave suitable caveats and quoted a fee and was able to start the work then. It did prove more complex and so his caveat had been very wise. The charge was proportionate to the work which took 6 hours. He cleaned up and left everything tidy. The work appears entirely satisfactory several days later. He is very pleasant and kind. A pleasure to have working in the house. Recommend him.

Very reactive efficient and friendly

I’ve used Wael for a few plumbing jobs now and always found him reasonable and efficient. He arrived at the time he said he would and he found the source of the leak within minutes and it was all put right within an hour. I will definitely be using him again.
