Hamza was very attentive. He was very punctual and professional. He fixed the leak in the bathroom sink . I would highly recommend him if you are looking for reliable and professional plumber.

He managed to fix the problem, but, thinking about it, the price did seem to escalate quite quickly.

Wael was very professional and efficient. I was impressed with his knowledge and understanding of what was required and his professional manner in doing the job promptly. He tidied up after the job and took away the debris. I will recommend him for plumbing work.

Wael came the same day I posted the job to take a look and gave me an honest opinion and estimate. He also noticed I had a faulty tap fitting which he offered to fix for a fee. Wael gave me the measurements of the toilet I could go for and even sent me a few options to look at. We agreed to fix the tap as well and on the agreed day, he came in and fixed the tap first, fitting it nicely and fixing a leak. He tried to work with the toilet and tested a few different options and kept me in the loop with his progress. He honestly told me when he saw an issue, instead of simply fitting the pan and finishing his job. We decided to give it another shot a different day but he unfortunately fell ill. We've not been able to finish the job, but I trust Wael and really appreciate his honesty. Will be calling him again for any other plumbing needs I have.

Hamza replaced my cracked basin, fixed all the plumbing underneath the basin and replaced parts that had seen better days. He provided a very reasonable quote, arrived on time and did the job to a very high standard. If I have any further plumbing jobs I will be giving him a call.

Arrived on time fixed initial problem. But found other leaks. Sorted them out. Tidied up showed me that everything was working no leaks. Cleaned up. Give warranty for year on his work. Very satisfied.
