What a pleasure to meet this lovely young man. I am a recent widow and was quite concerned....but Wael quoted and even said if it didn’t work he would not charge!!!!. He worked so very very hard and did a wonderful job. It has taken so much pressure off me. I would and will, Recommend this lovely person to anyone and I would give him 5+STARS.

Wael rang me shortly after I had notified him of the requirement to fit a new monobloc tap in my kitchen sink. He offered to come the same day and inspect the job. He arrived on time and after agreeing the price he immediately carried out the removal and fitting of a new tap. I am happy about how quickly the work was undertaken and would use his services again.

Wael offered a competitive quote, fast response, and excellent communication throughout. Very professional plumber I would highly recommend.

Wael responded within 5 minutes of my ad and came over to my flat to view the work within 30min. Then provided a quote and started the work straight away. Perhaps a little on the expensive side, but was very helpful and work was to a high standard. We wanted the job done asap so was pleased with how it went.

Very efficient - arranged to come round within an hour of me contacting him, and managed to fix the shower straight away. Very pleasant and helpful. Would use again.
