We needed someone to refurbish the kitchen and bathroom of a flat we have bought some distance from home. Steve arrived on time to assess the job and instilled confidence from the start. We liaised by text and email, and it was no trouble for Steve to order and collect the items we had chosen. He quoted 2 weeks for the work and came in on time. Everything looks great, the standard of finish is high and we have no hesitation in recommending him.

Pleased with finished job. Thank you to Steve, Ross and the boys. Nothing was too much trouble, even when we wanted to make changes. Had a problem after job was completed and Steve was very helpful and made sure that things were sorted.

Great job done with our new kitchen off Steve and the lads would recommend them for any work you need done finished when he said he would and went that extra mile to make sure it was perfect deffo getting my bathroom job next year

Great team, excellent work and good customer service. Steve and the team combined my kitchen and dining room including plastering, electrics, plumbing, new floor throughout and total kitchen refit. Nothing was too much trouble and the work was carried out quickly and efficiently. They even coped with our changing agenda and an unexpected replanning of the kitchen layout and supplier. Steve helped design it and stopped my panic. Just left them keys and went to work, I was able to come in to a clean area, they even put my lights on for my return. A brilliant bunch and a fantastic job! I now have a beautiful kitchen and utility as well as a new boiler. Arrived promptly each day and left the house tidy each night. As I was not able to be there most of the time so left them a key, no problems what-so-ever. Nothing was too much trouble, even though I asked for extra jobs as they went, such as sky cable, changing smoke detectors, alarm box and ceiling lights. No changes to the quoted figure, only the extra cost of materials and labour I'd asked for. I would highly recommended Steve and the gang and I have already asked him for an estimate for further work I need doing. Thanks Steve I love my kitchen.

An amazing team of guys who carried out a fabulous job! Would recommend them very high indeed! I was able to leave a key and move out of the property with no concerns at all! The job involved stripping out an existing kitchen and bathroom , replace with a new kitchen and wet room! They done an amazing job of both and nothing was a hassle! They then fitted doors, replaced floors and also replaced my fire! Would like to say a massive thank you for a fantastic job!

Sorry this late but I have fallen and broke my knee and just come out of hospital. Steve and his team were brilliant my bathroom lovely. They were very professional and I look forward to using them again

Steve and his team did an excellent job on our bathroom. Turned up on time and sticked to his original quote despite having difficulty with a dodgy floor! Friendly and approachable. Would recommend.

Fantastic end result, a transformation professionally done to a high standard by Steve and his team. They arrived on time, worked cleanly and efficiently to finish with timescale and to budget. Absolutely fantastic service and execution of a bathroom and kitchen refit in a property needing a lot of TLC. We bought all the materials in advance and had a few hiccups with the suppliers. Steve went above and beyond when sourcing missing elements and was fantastic in filling in the gaps where we hadn't quite decided on things. His responsiveness and trustworthiness impressed me the most and I wouldn't hesitate in asking him to come back if/when we need more work done. We are exceptionally happy with the outcome and would thoroughly recommend Plasterite North East. 10/10.
