Danny and team did a great job replacing all ridge tiles and broken slates on my roof. He was very helpful and communicated well throughout the job. Highly recommend.

Perfect Choice Property Maintenance. Danny and his brother arrived on the first dry morning as promised. That said, it didn't stay dry for very long. My wife and I had a dental appoinment that morning so we left them to get on with it. When we got back the job was finished. He then told us his brother had fallen ill and had to go home almost as soon as they had started. Danny had carried on through the rain alone. He said that as he did not have to pay his co-worker he was willing to reduce his quoted bill accordingly. Now, he need not to have told us that, as we would have been none the wiser and, having dealt with roofers before, I can tell you that such honesty is very rare indeed, particularly when it comes to money. As for the job itself, it was such a small one as roofing jobs go, there is not much to comment on other than, from what I could see of it from the ground, it was adequately carried out. Eddie Cocks. Called Perfect Choice when I noticed a drain wasn't clearing the water during the recent bad weather. Danny came out the following day to have a look and confirmed that the gutter was blocked. He came back the following day as promised, the gutter was cleared and he checked with me that I was happy with the work before he left. Really polite and helpful and would thoroughly recommend him.

Danny was very prompt in coming to see what work needed to be carried out. He suggested a very conservative approach to the work (unlike other quotes we had). Danny held off until the weather was appropriate and then completed the job as requested. The job was to repair some cracks on the chimney crown. Danny also ensured all existing leadwork was in place.

I would highly recommend Danny. He explained in full what needed to be done to stop a leak into my conservatory ( lead work needed to be sorted and guttering realigned). Danny advised that he was busy but as it was likely to only be a day job he would let me know when he would be next available. The work was completed within the week! which was greatly appreciated.

Danny was very prompt to reply to our request for a gutter repair came and saw the job this morning and completed it within same day. Excellent service and would highly recommend this company. Will definitely use again, many thanks Danny great job.

Good completed in a friendly and professional manner. Price as agreed and even went the extra mile and put a new wash line up whilst the ladders were out. 5 stars and would recommend

Had bad workmanship before but Danny sorted it out and made a very excellent job of it, very friendly and kept me up to date strongly recommend him

They finished painting today. Would recommend. I have now hired them for another job that needs doing. Very pleasant and easy to talk to.
