Roof ridge tiles needed repointing - Paul explained that simply repointing wouldn't be the best appraoch. Instead he recommended that all the tiles were removed, the old mortar removed and fresh mortar applied. His explanation made perfect sense, his quote was reasonable, and I'm very happy with the job he's done. Any mess was cleared away, that you wouldn't know he'd even been there. No hestiation in recommending.
