Paul was quick to contact me and visit to give me an estimate for the job. He was extremely clear about what could and couldn't be done, and gave quotes for two different options. The work that was carried out was exactly as Paul described, and completed to an excellent standard, and both Paul and the lad working with him were polite, worked cleanly and efficiently. We're extremely happy with the finished job, and if we need any similar work doing then he would be the first person that I would contact, and would have no hesitation in inviting him back into our house to do further work.
