Thank you for taking the time to write this review. It is extremely appreciated and I really enjoyed working for you and your family, your youngest son was just a total star. After having a joke and laugh with him and with him being really polite and helping me to get my tools off the roof, I offered him some of the chocolates that you guys bought for me. He then shocked me by saying "no thank you, we have got them for you and I want you to have them" which was really lovely and a total credit to you guys and how you have brought him up, this really stuck with me (have not a clue why but all I can say is that most of the children I know would have been straight into the chocolates before I had even blinked. Anyway thanks loads for everything (including the chocolates, kids clothes and pipes and fittings you had kicking around). Loved working for you guys, if you ever need a plumber to do anything else then please bear us in mind. Thank you loads Paul the Plumber

How respectful! He identified the problem and quickly and professionally addressed and resolved it. Around 6 or 7 plumbers (no exaggeration) had looked at the issue and suggested a range of complex & expensive solutions. Paul suggested a very simple one, and sorted it out within an hour. A quick diagnoses of a leaking shower seal and he was straight to work. As quickly as he had started he was done. Very satisfied with the result, but it’s great to know his work is guaranteed too.
