Complete refurbishment (following massive water ingress) to basement and kitchen. This involved removal of kitchen, flooring and walls to allow retanking of the 98sqm area, then replacement of all that was removed to satisfaction and very exacting standards specified by Zurich Insurance Company.
Panacea Consortium project managed major works at our home in Barnes, SW13, following a water damage insurance claim in our 98sqm of basement. This involved the removal of all existing flooring (including the screed/under-floor heating) and walls (up to a height of 1.5m) throughout the kitchen, media room, bedroom and toilet/shower rooms. Once the damage had been repaired, obviously everything had to go back, in accordance with the specification of the original architect’s/designer’s/our plans, decoration etc, which included the relaying of our external terraces and decking. Throughout their work, Panacea Consortium was considerate not only to our needs but also to our neighbours. The director, Gavin, was highly reliable and completed the work on time and to an excellent standard. We are thoroughly satisfied with the end result and would not hesitate to recommend this Company to others.
