His quote was very competitive. Out of everyone who gave us a quote, his seemed most appropriate for the defect, while others got it wrong (some very). He took pictures to show completion and came back quickly to amend a remaining defect. Great and responsive service, can recommend fully. Once we had decided on hiring him he was able to fit us in during the following week. He and his team started promptly at 8am and worked continuosly until the work was completed. He contacted me promptly after we listed him and managed to fit us in the following day (a Sunday) to quote for the work. He came back early the following week with his team to do the work after giving us a very reasonable quote. He managed our expectations on the outcome, gave us honest advice and added in a few bits of work at the time- such as repointing some brickwork by the roof while he was there. Although only a couple of small jobs, I'd definitely recommend him and will definitely contact him for any future roofing issues. He wasn't trying to sell, clearly knew his stuff and was really nice too.
