Paul provided a truly brillant service, the quote was accepted Friday night, and Paul arrived at 11am on Saturday morning to fix the leaking micro-bore pipe. He was very friendly and professional got to work straight away working under floor and made sure the problem pipe was fixed, even stayed over the agreed time (without charge) to refill the system and double check everything was working correctly. Highly recommend Paul for any plumbing issues, we will definately use his services in the future. Its a pleasure to meet a tradesman who knows his stuff and does the job to the highest standard.

Fantastic job, really pleased. Paul came when he said he would, was helpful and friendly, showed respect for my home and kept the disruption to a minimum. His communication was excellent. He was great when the kids were around, was careful to keep things safe by clearing away after himself, and did a really thorough job every step of the way. His paperwork was spot on, and he was quick to reply to any questions I had. A really great tradesman ... I'd have no hesitation using him again for similar work, and I'll definitely recommend him to others.

Left a message with Paul on Sunday night and by Monday the lunchtime, Paul had been out to look at the job (fitting new stopcock) and ended up completing the job at the the same time. Paul was really thorough in investigating the problem and I was really pleased with his efficient and reasonably priced service. I wouldn't hesitate in recommending Paul to any family or friends.

Fantastic job replacing my bath and kitchen sink. Really happy with the quality of work. Paul and Nev are really freindly and completed the job without any problems or complications (which is my usual experience with tradesmen).
