Paul did a great job for us on our bathroom refurbishment. He worked tirelessly and the work was of a high standard. Any problems he faced were resolved with no fuss. He even did a few jobs for us which weren't on the original spec which he included in the price. We were very very pleased with the final result. We would definitely recommend Paul and will use his services again.

Paul responded very quickly to my request for a quote. He was helpful with his advice and nothing was too much trouble. He provided a competitive quote for the job and was subsequently hired. He completed a full bathroom refit and replaced my old boiler to a combi system. I am very pleased with the standard of work carried out. My only gripe would be that the job took a little longer than I would have hoped, to be fair Paul did apologise for the delay and always kept me updated with progress. Both Paul and Nev are completely trustworthy and cleaned up well at the end of each day. I would recommend Paul and would not hesitate to use him again.

Paul and Nev did a great job of our bathroom refit. After being intially let down by another plumber who didnt show for the job we were unsure what to do as its hard to find a workman you can trust. We searched the intenet and came across the mybuilder website. Aftre reading feedback we were impressed with the amount of positive feedback Paul had, so asked for a quote. Paul listened to what our needs and expectations and gave us a quote, which was the most competitive out of all the quotes we recieved. We booked Paul and Nev who turned up for the job as arranged. They completed the job to a high standard and kept to the initial quote given, even though they had to refit the boarding of the bathroom floor and purchase further materials. During the bathroom refit our baby daughter was born early and Paul and Nev worked to get the job finished for our return from hospital. They were both friendly, polite and cleaned up after themselves. If we ever need any further plumbing we would not hesitate in booking them again. Thanks again.

Excellent job by Paul, Nev and the other tradesmen he used. Very pleased with the end result. A couple of problems were uncovered when the shower room was stripped out but to quote "we don't have problems only solutions"!! Everything was taken in their stride and not used as an excuse to increase the cost of the job. Would definitely recommend.

I am very pleased by the job done by Paul and his team. All elements of the job were carried out to a high standard (plumbing, tiling, plastering, lighting). I moved the goalposts a couple of times early in the job but Paul’s quote remained unchanged. A part was missing from the shower and it took several attempts before the right part was finally sent out. Paul chased it up without complaint and turned up promptly to fit it when it did arrive. All the accessories were put up as part of the job and Paul even sourced and fitted a doorstop, unasked, to stop the door banging into the shower enclosure. The team all have a ‘can do’ attitude and finish the job properly. I would certainly recommend them to others

Paul and his team were great to deal with and completed the job in good time. My new boiler works like a dream and I'll be using Paul again in the future.

paul and his mate did a really good job for a good price, he did a few extra things for no extra cost. very clean and tidy, excellent plumbing, very friendly, good laugh, easy going and trustworthy i would def recommend to hire.

Paul kept in contact from start to finish & even called to advise of the bad traffic!! He was friendly & explained exactly what needed doing. He cleared up after himself & left my house spotless. Great work & really pleased with the job.
