I had chosen a tiler from Nextdoor, who showed examples of his work, came over and seemed good...but after the tiling was done, it was horrible. Gaps where switches were, bad grout work, uneven tiling, cuts visible on the tiles and even had permanent marker lines that couldn't be removed. After calling the tiler, they refused to resolve it, refund and said the work would only be of that quality as it was cheap. I did some research and found Radoslaw through myBuilder. Rado saved my kitchen, he was able to remove the bad tiles, clean and retile to perfection. The cuts of the switches were perfect and he always checked with me on what I wanted, whether his suggestions were okay etc. Clearly Radoslaw is experienced as the end result is stunning. We never thought our kitchen wall could be retiled as the fear was the splashback or worktop getting damaged, but Radoslaw removed all of the old tiles with ease and retiled. Work was clean, precise and I can't see any faults. Thank you Radoslaw and I highly recommend Radoslaw for any tiling work. I will definitely reach out again for any future tiling work

Radoslaw did an excellent job of our wet room rip out and refit. Nothing was too much of a problem and he delivered a great finish. He is a great all rounder so was able to deal with any problems that came up. We have hired him for our utility and would highly recommend.

Work was for a shower replacement and stop clock change. Communication is extremely poor: no reply to messages as to when he may arrive/confirm if he's coming and doesnt answer the phone. Before removing the existing shower tray and doors, asked whether this would be taken and included in the quoted cost: he said yes, but of course at the end it was for me to get rid of. At the end of the fitting had to point out a large hole in the wall next to the tiling to be filled. Finally the stop clock. Unfortunately, Thames Water were unable to find the outside stop clock before he came to do the shower replacement. It was agreed he would return to finish the work, which of course he never did after numerous calls and unreplied messages. Heaven forbid there should be an issue with the new enclosure- a good indication that he will ignore you. All of course with no written quote and adamant on cash. Dont believe the other reviews as I did and save yourself the bother.

Radoslow is a skilled and diligent worker. We had a site meeting in order to establish what system of repair was needed and select materials required To rectify and restore to original. Radoslow send photos of suitable tiles having sourced them to be near to the damaged originals, then ordered them on my behalf.we had agreed a price for this job He came at a set time(in fact early) and worked hard with great skill. When order was restored he left the area clean and tidy. I am very impressed with his skill, diligence and amazing work ethic and would readily recommend as an exert tiler
