Joshua and his brother not only re-attached the downpipe and cleaned it up, they also went out of their way to do another job which I spontaneously asked them to do when I saw how good they were. This involved clearing a gutter to the rear of the house which had awkward access. Where others might have made a big deal of it and try to price me up, after agreeing a very reasonable addition to the original quote, they made no fuss whatsoever and just got on with it. It's really great to have that job done too, as both are critical to the integrity of the building. Considering that the original quote was extremely reasonable, having this extra job done has made my day. Thanks guys. Highly recommended.
