Excellent Building and Roofing Services Ltd reviews (43)

Osman did a superb job on our flat roof. Very tidy, great communication and the best price out of all quotes. More than happy to recommend him and his team to anyone !

Osman and Elvis from Daily Waterproofing Ltd replaced my shed flat roof. Our business relationship was above average. Their quote was fair. They were punctual. Their professionalism in abiding by Covid-19 social distancing was excellent. They clearly know their stuff when it comes to fitting an EPDM rubber roof as I observed them during their work whilst I was working in my office (be careful, many roofers don't know how to fit EPDM properly) and finally they left the site clean and tidy. Throughout the process the communication was excellent and they answered all of my questions before I accepted their quote and engaged them to do the work. They made the process stress free. Top marks from me.

Osman came and sorted out the problem very quickly and professionally. Very pleased with the work and price for repairs

Prompt response to my shortlisting, competitively priced, clean and tidy team on site, flexible in scheduling the job and overall a job well done. Would definately recommend Osman and his team.

Excellent job, and very happy with the results. Would definitely hire again!

Excellent and extremely professional service..I am really happy with my new roof and skylight...it brings so much light in the kitchen.Thank you Osman and the team

Osman and his team were very professional in their work and I am very satisfied with the quality of their works. They were very polite and courteous and they cleared all the rubbish before they left. Yes, I would recommend him.

OC roofing recently repaired two separate flat roofs for me which were leaking. Previous roofers were unable to identify the cause of the problem however OC roofing demonstrated knowledge and expertise in resolving the problem. They're timely, knowledgeable, informative, flexible and trustworthy - my job was completed while I was abroad on holiday. I had no issues. I even received a follow up call to check the that I was happy with the results - great customer service.

Osman and his team assisted us with several projects and all the time they proved to be experienced, reliable, honest and friendly contractors. Osman helped producing detailed drawings of agreed works and well detailed quotes as well. We recommended them to others and will keep doing so! Thank you Osman and the team

The guy is top notch. Excellent standard of work...punctual and finished the work 2 days before agreement.
