Excellent Building and Roofing Services Ltd reviews (43)

We had contact with Osman who was approachable and reliable. He responded to our job, was helpful with advise and suggestions meaning that we opted for a epdm roof, rather than felt or fibreglass which we were initially considered. As arranged he arrived promptly, brought a couple of people to ensure the job was completed fast. Our job was completed in midst of the snowy conditions to ensure were water tight. No problems with the roof, Would highly recommend this company and Osman.

I was very pleased with the quality of workmanship and professionalism shown by Excellent Building and Roofing. They resolved my roofing issues with completely new covering, removed old velux windows and installed new flat roof windows. They arrived on time, were very professional and cleared up after themselves. Would definitely recommend.

Elvis did a fantastic job doing repairs to a fibreglass roof and works to remediate a wal cavity. Very meticulous, very knowledgable and communicated well with me. Found him to be very good value for money. Would highly recommend.

Osman did a fantastic job. He has a big team who were all competent in completing my roofing job. I was very happy with the quality of the work and his work ethic, staying till after dark some days. I would definitely hire again.

Osman, was polite, punctual, competent and thorough. He was flexible and made an irritating little job easy for me. He did more than he said he would and didn't charge extra. I would give him a perfect ten!

Osman did a good job for us: his quote was competitive and the works were finished to a high standard.

Had Osman and his team recover a roof in EPDM. Always took time to explain the process and advise on different options. Such an easy person to communicate with, they really know what they are doing and didn't cut any corners ,delivered a first class job from start to finish. I just wouldn't look anywhere else for your roofing job, very good price and real pride in what they do, I can't recommend them enough.
