Excellent Building and Roofing Services Ltd reviews (43)

Excellent service. They didn't take a deposit and had materials delivered to the site in advance. They then turned up with four guys and did the job in one day. It is a very good finish on a new rubber flat roof. I highly recommend them.

Fantastic job, worked really hard and new roof looks great. We had a pitched roof and flat roof.

We had hired Osman's team to install a new EPDM flat roof for a large dormer loft conversion. From the outset they were very flexible and helpful as regards any preparation required in advance of the works. The works were carried out to a high standard and completely in line with the architects drawings/specifications. The project was also completed quickly and in line with the original timings they provided. We would have no reservations recommending Osman and his team and we look forward to working with them again on the next project.

Osman was fantastic from start to finish. Explained the whole job and then took photos midway and at the end of the project to show me how it was. Very genuine person and rare to find. Thank you Osman.

I was very impressed with Excellent Building and Roofing Services Ltd They delivered a fast and high quality service I would definitely recommend and I will use again

Good job. Many thanks from us.

Osman's workmanship was excellent. I had two rooflights replaced, which was completed excetionally well. All rubbish was removed and the site was left clean and tidy. My expectation was exceeded and i'm very pleased with the work. Would highly recomment Excellent Building And Roofing Services.

Good work, nice people, very knowledgable - one time roofing! Attention to detail as well as functional.

Osman caught Covid and couldn't complete the job. All my dealings with him were perfectly pleasant.

Osman is experienced in roofing and has excellent communication skills and completed the job within the timeline and budget agreed.
