Firstly the main job advertised was to repair ceiling cracks with the view of them not returning again as just filling was not enough, Noureddine who took up the job reassured me that he would do this and on the many occasions I kept asking him if the cracks should return I would definitely require him to put this right and he gave his word he would return to put things right should this happen. He does work hard but on many occasions I found him rushing to other possible jobs the minute he got a call and left me with his young nephew to finish some of the plastering and rubbing down, I had to tell his nephew on many occasions that the plaster work was bulky in parts but unfortunately he did not understand English. Noureddine would return eventually and I would have to get him to rub down bulky plaster. His Nephew was a nice young man good painter but definitely not a plasterer. The job was finished on the 13th Nov the ceiling cracked badly in the same area around xmas time after xmas I constantly tried to call Noureddine but no joy left countless text messages which I still have. Noureddine promised he would come over on countless occasions to sort out but would then cancel at the last minute whilst I stayed in for him. He then sent me a shocking text saying he did not have to put right, I was devastated and shocked particularly as he gave his word in the first place he would and the main reason for the job in the first place was to get rid of the cracks. No more Mybuilder.
