Nigel arrived dead on the time he quoted, serviced my boiler efficiently with no mess and then had to start on my 20 odd year old Magiglo open gas fire which wouldn't stay alight for more than 20 minutes or so. Rather than just servicing the fire he had to strip it down and find the problem which took a lot longer than just a service. Consequently he was here for almost 3 hours but with perseverance he fixed the problem and the fire is now working perfectly. He charged me an extra £10 over his quoted service price for the extra work he had done but, in my opinion, the extra was negligible and well worth it as it would have cost me much more to buy and install new parts. Thanks to Nigel for an excellent job and I have no hesitation in recommending him for similar work and will definitely use him again in the future.

Nigel came round and provided a quote quickly to replace old boiler with new combi boiler. Once we agreed start date work started and finished on time. Cost was per quote and no surprises. Removed scrap boiler and left area clean and tidy. Work to a high standard and very professional. Would recommend to others.
