Job well done. We had a old model lock and Nick was kind enough to fix it to his best by finding alternate method. He explained everything clearly, and Job well done. Reasonable price. Will recommend and call again.

Great gentleman - honest and professional. Nick did not perform the job, however his justification was because I lived on the 5th floor in a block of flats and due to the potential fire evacuation issue this could pose. He gave me honest advice and was not concerned with just making business. There aren’t many tradesmen like Nick that exist anymore that have a genuine nature and are so friendly. Also, he was not fussed or angry that I had essentially wasted an hour in his working day, he was very understanding. Many thanks. Nick, was courteous and very professional. He did a fantastic job and there were no hidden extras. He arrived on time and was very clear in his communication as to what the job entailed. Extremely happy and would not hesitate to recommend and will certainly use him going forward.
