Nick was brilliant. He did everything he said he was going to and cleaned up afterwards. Nick listened to what i wanted, gave me options, advised on what would work, what wouldnt, what was expensive and what the cheaper option was. I didnt feel pushed into having things done i didnt need or want. He was totally professional throughout and i wouldnt hesitate to recommend Nick to others or use his services again. Thank you so much.

Job = toilet repair, sink removal, sink replacement, tiling. I could not have asked for a better plumber! Nick went above and beyond what I had hoped. He walked me through the whole process and made sure to double check that everything was to my liking throughout the job. He was highly professional, adhered to social distancing and covid guidelines (he wore a mask throughout and sanitised regularly), and turned up on time even though my house is a pain to find. The quote was more than reasonable and by far the best I had received. Also the price did not increase despite him having to come back the following day (which was a Saturday) for some finished touches. He even charged me less as he did not end up using some of the items he had originally quoted. I will definitely use him again and will be recommending him to anyone that needs a plumber.
