Very happy with the service we received from New Vision. Excellent communication, quick response and the replacement glazing to a cracked window was good. The staff were all pleasant and friendly.

Job went well, work looks good, one broken tile when the window was replaced but made good. Rob was helpful and the guys that did the fitting were friendly & polite with everything cleaned up properly before they left

Really great communication. The contractor took a lot of pride in completing the work and we are really happy with the outcome, reasonably priced as well. Our job was only a small one, repairing two existing doors. I wasn’t sure which contractor could do the work and so pleased that New Vision would come out, even though it wasn’t a door they had installed. I did think they might try and sell me a new door but they didn’t and only focussed on the repair, which I appreciated. So if you need a repair or looking for a new door, this is a really lovely company and I’d highly recommend New Vision.

The company were very quick to come and look at my job and I received two quotes, one for a quick simple repair to the current leak and one for full roof replacement which would be a larger job but would last for many years to come. Initially I accepted the smaller quote to be carried out asap so that I could safely visit and stay with friends and family without worrying about bad weather whilst I was away. They arrived to complete the repair promptly and were very friendly and polite. The job was quickly completed with no fuss or mess. I cannot recommend this company too highly. I will be having the full roof replacement to my conservatory at a later date by this company. Long may they continue to trade. Sorry I couldn’t upload photos but I do not have a smartphone or computer.

Only replaced the one window in the end and the team did a stellar job. Definitely getting them back when it’s time to replace the rest!

Rob was on the ball and great to deal with. We had some issues with the supplier (not via New Vision) which Rob and Paul helped to sort. All in all, very happy with the doors.
