Paul and team has done a good job, I was particularly impressed by their dedication to meet timelines and cleaning the site after work. All work was completed with good attention to details. Would definitely recommend them!!!!

This has been the most awful engagement during the works on my home. During the job, Paul and his workmen had to come through the house to access the garden. From my entrance , through the kitchen and dining; I have expensive porcelain marble tiles; which one would expect them to cover before the works. All through the works, they carried bags of granite through the house and made a terrible mess of the entire place. Not a single effort was made to clean up the area after the works and they even left bags of waste in front of the property (which I had to request to be taken away).He said the previous grass was not costed as part of the job and I organised the disposal of the old turf separately. From my perspective , this had nothing to do with protecting a customer’s home and avoid ruining the interior tiles of someone else’s property He also promised that an edge of the turf area would be boarded with timber tomorrow (Friday). Unsurprisingly, he’s now claiming that was a favour and he had said 3 weeks after the original job I find engaging with him to be toxic and will certainly not recommend. The fundamentals of a good trade is to be courteous , polite and be respectful to the client’s home; all these attributes are lacking and I’m sure Paul is not surprised by this feedback that I’ve provided .Regarding the actual turf: There are several bumps on the surface and it’s not perfectly leveled as I expect. Overall, a terrible engagement that is full of regret.

Great job!! Excellent communication skills. Works hand in hand to ensure costumer satisfaction. Will be using again and would recommend. 5 star service. Very reliable and time management is efficiently.They also clean up after themselves each day which is a plus in my book. Great team thanks again .

Poor service. Remit was basic landscaping which including laying paving in early Feb 18. Within weeks weeks cavities appeared between the paving (including underneath the slabs which caused some to wobble) as the cement was powdery . It had cracked and easily crumbled away. What made this worse was after providing photo's of the above, Paul and some of his team came back in the Spring, but the ‘remedial works’ of newly applied concrete on top still crumbled apart and came away without any provocation. In the summer, after supplying more photo’s, Paul eventually came back for the third time to make good. He was there for a short time, and whilst I was hoping he would pick the dried shrivelled flaky concrete away and start from scratch he just applied another paving filler on top of the existing. The sand coloured application was a different colour to the cement (and the grey slabs). Within a couple of weeks, the thinly layered application came away where skimmed on top. In other areas it was not pressed in enough and became loose. This was slap-dash and amateurish. In my view, if you are unable to make a concrete mix fit for its purpose then you should question the professionalism of the contractor. To return twice still not achieve an acceptable standard of workmanship shows a lack of integrity in wanting to do a job well.

Paul was excellent. I’m an overseas landlord and he made the process very easy. Really responsive, good with communication and helpful. Tenants very happy - Paul and his team were lovely, polite and hard workers. Job done well, to budget and on time. Very happy customer. Would recommend.

Very quick to respond to my request. Punctual and did a fabulous job. Left everything clean and tidy.

Paul and his team completed our job in very good time. They also made time to do the work ahead of schedule and over the weekend to help us get the garden ready for summer. Paul communicated extremely well throughout and the end result was exactly what we were looking for. I wouldn't hesitate to use Nevercut again.

Highly recommend NeverCut UK. They have provided us with a great patio space which we look forward to using in the summer! All the team at NeverCut UK were friendly and hard working. They worked hard to get the job done in 2 days, followed the specifications and plan I originally set them, and the work is of the highest quality. Highly recommend. (Great to know that they also do carpets as well!)
