Michael constructed a new patio, installed drainage and tarmac paths at Old College Tennis Club in Dulwich. He has been an excellent builder and handled a complex, high profile project with great dexterity, way beyond his years. We had some 600 members to manage as part of this process and Michael handled them with politeness and care, minimising disruption to play and answering queries as he went. The quality of his building work is excellent- the new patio looks amazing and every attention to detail was made to ensure the job was thorough and proper (esp. the foundation works). However, the critical thing that Michael brought to a commercial project like this was meticulous paperwork, costings and constant communication about unknowns or matters arising that would potentially add to cost or timing, so I could feel confident about managing budgets and wider communications to members. I have never encountered a more buttoned down builder on this front. Michael was also able to source other workmen (electrician, tarmacing experts) to help us deliver the whole job as seamlessly as possible- never claiming he could do things that weren't his area of expertise. The project was also delivered to the exact time schedule he outlined from the outset. All in all, an incredibly professional and expert job. Couldn't recommend Michael and team highly enough.
