Mark was exceptional both in completion of the job and giving me excellent advice

Great, reliable tradesman. Mark turned up on time every day and got on with the job, finishing the day he said he would. His workmanship is excellent and he was able to work is way around one or two problems that arose during the job (removing an old shower tray - floor was rotten underneath). He was clean, tidy and the attention to detail is excellent. The job came in a little more expensive than we would have liked but extra materials were needed and it was well worth the extra for the excellent finish. We have had no hesitation in asking Mark to price up other jobs that need doing around the house and we would happily recommend his work to others!

Mark is reliable, helpful and he does a good job quickly. We have asked Mark to do further work for us (fitting internal doors and a wardrobe) and would not hesitate to recommend him to others.

I am very satisfied with Mark's work. He was punctual, polite and professional. I would have no hesitation in recommending him. He did a superb job of laying down a laminate floor for us. He explained everything very clearly as he went along, and was very honest in his recommendation that part of the floor (which was somewhat uneven) was not suitable for laminate, so we ended up with one section of the room (dining area etc) carpeted. As it transpired, the end result was even better than what we initially planned. We will definitely use him again, and I would be very happy to recommend him to you.

Hired Mark for a few reasons. 1. the quote given was attractive 2. the photos of his work were very very proffesional 3. polite and honest man Mark initially came to take a look at the job and agreed he could do it no problem. Then when he returned to start the job Mark arrived on time at 8:30AM and I was amazed at his efficiency! he grabbed his tools and pretty much cracked on by 8:32am. the speed Mark worked at was outstanding but this did not comprimise the quality of the work at all! Mark explained every aspect of what he was doing and really went out of his way to make the job as top quality as he could! he was clean throughout, extremely tidy worker! As Mark didnt have any feedback I know all feeback will help out and so, if you have any work, give mark a call you will be thankful you chose him as his service is second to none! we have now chosen to hire Mark on a much larger job and know and trust he will once again improve this property in a huge way!
