Stuart was professional from start to finnish. He advised on the best materials and ways to combat issues with the original building. Stuart is a perfectionist, so everything was done to the highest standard. The price was excellent. Everything Stuart said he would do, he did, and every promise was fulfilled. The colour combination he advised is perfect. I would recommend Stuart to anyone, and I am happy for anyone to come over to my house to see the finished work. We originally got a quote from the rip off merchants Anglian Windows to do our soffit, Facia and Guttering, but the salesman was unprofessional; the service was terrible, and the price was exorbitant. They got the measurements wrong, it was nearly three times more expensive and would have made our guttering look like it belonged on an old people's home. Fat and chunky with no character. Thank god I found Stuart! I will use your services again. Thank you Stuart.

Stuart turned up on time to quote for the job. He took a genuine interest in making sure we understood the various options, and the work would meet our needs. My fascias were rotten and the soffit and guttering were no longer fit for purpose so I got a few quotes. The prices quoted ranged from £1200 to nearly £4000 but all of the tradesmen who came gave different views of what needed to be done. Some climbed up to take a closer look, some didn't. In fact, the one who quoted me £4000 did so just from photos I'd taken. When I spoke to Sarah and then Stu from Morgan Construction, it was the first time I felt like I was speaking to people who took their responsibility to the customer seriously. Sarah was really polite and very professional and when Stu came to price up the job, I could tell that he was the right person for the job. I wasn't wrong. He came and did the job to an exceptional standard with high-quality materials and I now have a 30-year guarantee. Needless to say, I highly recommend using Morgan Construction and if you are getting work done, it is well worth contacting them for a quote.
