    Radiator Balancing & Shower Balancing

    Very knowledgeable and sorted out the radiators quickly, gave me options for possible remedial work to the combi boiler. Worked well, worked cleanly and pleased with work. Would definitely recommend Perry and will be using him again.

    Gas fire removal
    Top bloke! Perry was very professional and friendly. He was very efficient and did exactly what was requested. Wouldn't hesitate to use again and come highly recommended!

    Vaillant ecotec plus f75 error
    Perry was brilliant, speedy response was able to get out to us the next day at a convenient time. Happy went through what steps he was taking and resolved the issue there and then.

    Perry's quote was reasonable, he was on time, friendly, and competent. I'm keeping his business card with the boiler manual, in case we have any problems with it in the future!

    boiler issue
    Don't use this man!!! Cheating!!!! I posted the boiler job and this man came to take the job. I made all the payment before he started the job. I paid him 270 pounds and he kept the heating on. That is fine! Then he charge 450 pounds for repairing the boiler including the pump, labour and parts. He tried but cannot fix it. Then he refunded me 100 pounds for this unsuccessful job and charged 350 plus the above 270 for unfixed boiler. Then I have to find another company to do it again. If 350 pounds include the parts and pump, where are they? He used my money to order the parts and pump and then didn't leave it at my house and took it away. I never met such indecent man and have been fooled by this man. He is neither qualified nor have morality in his life. Take this 350 pounds by the unsuccessful job will bury his career! God will judge!

    Evening, you have left a few key factors here though. The £270 was to fit a condense trap that had split and was allowing the boiler to let high readings of carbon monoxide into the room where you had tenants living and was on out of hours rate as I arrived on the same day you asked at 8 o’clock at night. Secondly again you fail to mention that I replaced your diverter valve and flow turbine which was included in the £350 and again two hours out of hours labour as I left there at 9pm, unfortunately I’m not perfect and I don’t always diagnose jobs first time, but instead of telling you to spend more money on the boiler I advised you to call Valliant. As for qualified I have 12 years experience with 5 years on Gas.     Smoke and burning smell out of boiler

    ‎31/‎08/‎2017 feedback to mybuilder.com Perry ‎Moore responded immediately to my ad with mybuilder.com I phoned him back on bank holiday saturday to discuss terms & the job was done the following tuesday. He did exactly the work I requested, at a reasonable price & within the allocated time-frame. He is courteous, arrived half-hour early, sober & prepared to service/check a central heating boiler efficiently & without mess. We'll use him again & recommend him to others. JJ cambridge
