Grant and his team were not available straight away but they were well worth waiting for. They arrived in the morning, set up all their ladders and began work straight away. The job was completed efficiently and with care by lunchtime. The roof verge was re-battened including new membrane and a Klober dry verge kit was nailed in place. The concrete tiles were nailed onto the new battens and new ridge tiles were fixed on with cement mortar. All for the agreed price, invoiced later the same day. I’d be happy to invite Grant Montgomery back if our old roof needs further attention. Now we are confident that our wind-exposed roof verge will survive the winter storms.

Grant turned up and I showed him the problem with the roof and he got his ladders to check the roof.BROKEN tile between the gutter and the start of the roofline....... grant then went to the builders merchants in Kirkcaldy and bought 2 new roof tiles and he replaced the broken one and gave me a spare one to keep.Job done in an hour of arrival.would definitely recommend and a number to keep for future reference.
