Luigi was a great find, to help us out of a difficult situation with our builder that had become terminally ill, and could not finish our bathroom. Luigi corrected some of the problems that had occurred with the other builder and finished all the remaining work to a very high standard. He was on time, worked very hard and left the area very neat and tidy. Luigi is a really nice, family man and an excellent bathroom fitter. I would highly recommend him to our friends and would definitely use him again.

We hired Monte Design through this website and could not be happier with the result. The service is utterly professional in every way. The communications were impeccable, the work perfect and the workman some of the tidiest I've ever experienced. I have never been particularly comfortable having people I don't know having open access to our home but felt completely comfortable with Luigi from Monte Design. He and his team are completely trustworthy. We can't recommend them enough. We are already getting quotes for them to carry out more work and have also recommended their services to our friends.

Absolutely no complaints. Inspected the job promptly, quoted a sensible cost, supplied details of the sanitaryware to be provided and completed all works the next week on the day specified. THe work itself seems to be excellent.

Tiled a cloakroom floor with ceramic tiles and connected a new toilet. Very good job and would recommend.

Everything about this job was carried out with the utmost professionalism. Luigi and his colleague were fantastic; working to accommodate us in every way during the retiling and fitting of our bathroom and toilet. The finish of the tiling is second to none and we are very pleased indeed with the job they have done. They were polite, worked quickly and always explained what they were doing. They also made sure our loo and basin were connected at the end of each night so we could continue to live in the house whilst work was carried. We'd highly recommend Monte Design to anyone in the area and are very pleased with the new bathroom and loo.

Amazing service. Circumstances in Luigi's scheduling meant he had a chance vacancy. He and his team were extremely professional, prompt and tidy. Their skills are second to none. From fitting and tiling bathrooms, installing kitchen appliances, adding electricity points throughout the house... and Tony's interior advice (as a bonus). Most importantly through their advice we saved a lot of money on the job. I would recommend them without hesitation.

Luigi has been fantastic. Great customer service, quick to reply. Professional in his approach to quotation, keeping my needs in mind and costs low. The work was completed in the time promised, to a high standard and he went the extra mile and fixed various other bits that needed doing. So impressed we are getting him to do another flat!

We have been extremely pleased with the work of Luigi, Steve and the team. They turned up exactly as planned, carried out the work to an extremely high standard and were friendly and helpful throughout. We needed various shelving jobs (not easy with plasterboard walls everywhere), a new sink and work surfaces in the kitchen and a custom built interior for a large cupboard space. All have been carried out exactly as requested, and they were very good at giving suggestions and advice on what might, or might not, work. We will definitely be using them again. Sally

I have known Luigi for over 10 years now and have used him on various occasions for big and small jobs. I have recommended him to various friends and clients within this time who have all been very happy with his services. He is an extremely competent and reliable tradesman. His workmanship is always to a very high standard however, big or small the job. I most recently used him for the full refurbishment of the new flat I had just bought, which included a new kitchen, a new bathroom, plastering and general decorating. He is always keen to please his client and will do his up most to accommodate and manage the job to suit the needs of his client. He is very punctual and I have never had any problems with getting hold of him at the end of the phone. It is also important to highlight that his services come with a guarantee. I feel very lucky to have found him!

I project manage building works and so I do a lot of bathrooms. I now use Luigi a lot as he does most of my bathrooms. He is reliable, always answers his telephone and his work is to a fantastic finish. He can can do the plumbing and the tiling. He has got a very good eye in terms of design and attention to detail. I know that what you agree with him, he delivers. He is a very nice man, very polite, a clean and tidy worker. He is respectful of people's homes when he is working and if he arranges a time then he will arrive - so very reliable. I would certainly recommend him.
