Luigi was great from the start to finish of our bathroom project. At the beginning he gave us plenty of his time in planning and choosing what we wanted, recommending the ideal types and sizes of fixtures. We never felt rushed or pressured into making a decision. Luigi was always on time and even worked saturdays in order to finish our bathroom by the time we moved in. We are so pleased with our bathroom/wet room, it's the best room in the house! I would happily hire Luigi again and I will be recommending him to all my friends and family should they need a builder.

Luigi and his team completed a decent sized month-long project for us in the early summer - new bathroom, room conversion and new window, and a myriad of little jobs. From start to finish, we were always thankful that we had found Luigi to help us with the work - extremely helpful, very knowledgeable and experienced, always reachable, lots of good ideas, very reasonable cost and, critically, very high standards and expectations for the quality of work. We wouldn't hesitate to entrust any further work to Luigi and have recommended him to several friends who have enlisted his services.

Luigi and his colleagues did a fantastic job with out painting and tiling work. He showed a real commitment to doing a quality job. It took slightly longer than anticipated but he was open at all times, explaining reasons and giving us options. I wouldn't hesitate to use Luigi again if we have more jobs needed.

Luigi was an excellent builder. He listened, made good valuable suggestions, was also on time and They cleaned after themselves. He and his team fitted a new en-suite bathroom and they did an excellent job, finishing was perfect. I highly recommend, have already recommended and will definitely use Luigi again.

I’ve worked with other tradesmen before but working with Luigi has been the best experience! We hired Luigi to renovate a one bedroom flat - repainting all walls, ceilings, and woodwork, installing new laminate flooring and installing a new kitchen and bathroom. He was always on time, organised, and replied to emails and texts promptly. What was supposed to be a rather stressful project was made so much easier thanks to Luigi and his team being totally on top of it all. The workmanship was of a very high standard and Luigi has a great eye for details. Furthermore, he suggested little extras and ideas that were great and didn’t cost much to install. If any problems arose Luigi would send photos and help me sort them out or advise me on what to do next. Luigi co-operated very well with my kitchen company so it was all very easy. I even went away on holiday before the project finished and Luigi kept me updated while I was away and I came back to a beautiful and clean flat! He stuck to the timescale very well and is professional, reliable and obviously proud of the work that he does. I highly recommend Monte Design!

We are extremely happy with the work that Luigi has done for us so far. (We have more work for him in the pipeline) Luigi's standards are exceptionally high. We have used tradesmen for many years and no-one before has produced work of such quality. He is very experienced and knowledgable and he discussed and advised us at every stage. The result was a beautiful high quality bathroom. He is punctual, reliable, polite and trustworthy. We would highly recommend him and his team.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! Luigi and his team have just completed my bathroom refurbishment and I cannot commend them enough. From the initial quote, through to my perfectly finished bathroom everything was taken care of promptly, professionally and to the highest standard. Luigi went out of his way to pick up products for me, to add an outside tap which he recommended but at no additional cost (simply for my convenience), and to add all sorts of extras to ensure my bathroom was finished to the most perfect standard. Luigi and his team did an amazing job with my bathroom fitting. All the work was done on time, to specification and with great attention to detail. Luigi really went out of his way to give advice and help whenever possible. Luigi was always on time and quick with responding to emails. He was able to organize the purchase and supply of all materials and sent photos for us to choose fittings, appliances, etc. As I was living some distance from the flat, I was able to trust Luigi to get on with the job, knowing that the work would be done. A written contract was provided, and quotation and final price were very close, only different because I added a few things during the refurb. All in all very professional, very pleased with the finished job. A pretty painless experience, and I will be using Luigi again in the future.

Luigi & his team replaced my bathroom and did a great job. Very professional & efficient, he gave us advice selecting the right fittings, even came with us to the suppliers. Turned up on time & left the place tidy at the end of the day. Completed the job on the agreed timescale. I have already recommended Luigi & his team to my friends and will definitely use Monte design for future jobs. I love my beautiful bathroom.
